Le Perroquet Bleu har til huse i 3 sammenhængende Riads der ligger blot 10 minutters kørsel fra Menara Lufthavn. Der er swimmingpool med vandfald på terrassen. Der serveres kontinental morgenmad hver dag, og der er privat parkering på stedet mod tillægsgebyr. Værelserne er indrettede i typisk marokkansk stil. De har aircondition, gratis WiFi og opholdsområde. Der er eget badeværelse med badekar, hårtørrer og badekåbe. Marokkanske retter kan forudbestilles til frokost og middag. Efter middagen kan gæsterne slappe af med en drink på terrassen eller i det tyrkiske bad der kan benyttes mod tillægsgebyr.
